Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Team Butler, LLC ("Team Butler," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information through GetMoreMedSpa.com and the other GetMore sites listed at the end of this policy (together, the "Sites"). The Sites describe The Authority System, our Ai visibility program for local businesses, which we offer to one company per industry in each ZIP code. They also offer a free Authority Ai Scan™, which produces an Authority Ai Report™. All GetMore sites run on shared systems operated by Team Butler, so this policy is the same on every one of them.
1. Information you give us
- The free Authority Ai Scan. Your business's website address, the ZIP code you want to check and, on sites that offer more than one industry, the industry you choose. Before a scan runs, you confirm your business's name, which we keep with the scan. You do not need to give an email address to run a scan.
- ZIP code checks. The ZIP code you check and the industry it is checked for.
- Notice when a ZIP code opens. Your email address, the ZIP code and the industry.
- Review requests. On GetMoreAiViews.com, if your kind of business is not one we scan yet: the kind of business, your email address and, if you give it, your ZIP code.
- Report copies by email. When you ask us to email you a report, or to send you a link to manage your report from another device: your email address. That link goes only to the address already on the report.
- Client accounts. Our team creates accounts for clients; there is no sign-up form. We record the business name and website each account is for. You activate your account with a one-time code our team gives you by phone or in person, and you choose a password. We store the password only as a one-way hash; the code works once and expires after 72 hours. You sign in with your business's website and that password.
- Calls, meetings and agreements. Nothing is sold on the Sites: agreements and payments are arranged by phone or in person. When you call 1-800-Ai-Views or meet with us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your name, business details, email address and the ZIP codes you are interested in. Card details are handled by our payment provider; they are never entered on or stored by the Sites.
- Client services. When you become a client, we also handle what we need to deliver the program: your monthly recorded interviews, drafts and your approvals, and the access you give us to your website and Google accounts during setup. Our writers use Ai tools for research and to process your interviews, so those tools receive your interview recordings or transcripts, and drafts are verified through Originality.ai before anything is published under your name. To measure results in your claimed ZIP codes, client services may use call tracking, form and chat tracking and website analytics; the details are in your written agreement. When client services handle information about a client's own customers, such as tracked calls or form entries, we handle it for that client under its written agreement.
2. Information collected automatically
- IP address. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the Sites, receive your IP address with every request. We do not store the address itself with your scan or request: we store a salted, one-way hash of the address the request came from, which we use to limit repeated requests and to prevent abuse.
- Security check. The scan form, the review request form and some report actions use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare runs the check in your browser, and our server then sends Cloudflare the check's result and the IP address the request came from, to confirm it.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, such as the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser type and the referring page, for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.
- Fonts. Pages on the Sites load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when it delivers them.
- Page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views on the Sites, as described under Cookies and browser storage.
- Page performance. Report pages may measure how quickly they load and respond. If they do, we keep only those measurements, with the report.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Our one cookie. The Sites set a single cookie of their own, __Host-gm_cs, and only when a client signs in to their account. It keeps that client signed in, so it is strictly necessary for the account. It is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict: it is sent only over HTTPS and only to the site where you signed in, and page scripts cannot read it. It expires with your sign-in session, when you sign out or after 14 days at most. The Sites set no other cookie of their own.
Browser storage. Some pages also keep small items in your browser's own storage, which, unlike a cookie, is not sent with every request:
- The scan you are running. While a scan runs, its id is kept in your browser's session storage so that the scan page can follow it. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
- Your report's owner token. On the device that ran a scan, and on a device where you open the link we email to manage that report, a private token for that report is kept in your browser's local storage, so that the person who ran the scan can manage their report from that browser. The report's address does not carry the token, so sharing the address does not share that control. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
- The staff key. On our staff consoles, a staff member's access key is kept in session storage until the tab is closed.
Other services on our pages.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the Sites. Pages with the scan form load the script for Cloudflare's Turnstile security check from challenges.cloudflare.com. When you start a ZIP check or a scan, or use another form that needs it, the check runs in its own frame, and Cloudflare may use cookies or similar storage there for that check. If Cloudflare's protection challenges a visit, for example during an attack, Cloudflare may also set its own security cookie on the site for that protection.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare adds a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com to our pages to count page views. We use it to measure page views, without advertising profiles. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address.
You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings at any time. The Sites still work, but you may need to sign in again, and a report you started opens like any shared report.
4. How the free scan works, and what Ai providers receive
The free Authority Ai Scan asks ChatGPT, from OpenAI, the twelve questions written for your industry, with web search on. Each question ends the way someone nearby would ask it, for example "What's the best med spa? I need a med spa serving ZIP code 30329." The questions do not name your business.
- The answers for an industry and ZIP code are collected and then shared by the reports for that industry and ZIP code. To read the answers, we send OpenAI each answer and the sources it cited. We do not add your business's name, your website or your contact details to these requests; we match the answers to your business on our own servers.
- Our own software reads the public pages of the website you submit, and we keep copies of the pages it reads and the results of the website checks. When a report needs it, our software may also read the public websites of other businesses named in the answers.
- For the free scan and the forms on the Sites, we do not send Ai providers the email address, phone number or password you give us.
- For clients' ongoing monitoring, we use ChatGPT and may also use Claude (from Anthropic), Gemini (from Google) and Perplexity. Monitoring requests can include the client business's name, website and location and the phone number published on its website.
Ai providers process these requests under their own terms and privacy policies, and they may keep requests for a limited time.
5. Reports and who can see them
Each Authority Ai Report has its own long, random web address. Anyone who has the address can open the report, and report pages ask search engines not to list them. A report opens only on the site where its scan was run. A report shows the business's name, website and ZIP code, the questions, the answers word for word with their sources, the other businesses the answers name, and the results of the website checks, and it may show the phone number published on the business's website. If you share a report's address, the people you share it with can see the report. Clients who sign in to their account see their own business's reports on their own site.
6. How we use information
- To run scans, produce and show reports, check ZIP code availability and keep each client's territory exclusive, as the site it signed up through promises.
- To tell you when a ZIP code opens, to answer review requests and to respond when you contact us.
- To tell our team about new scans and requests. When someone runs a scan or asks to be contacted, our team may contact them about the report and our services, using the contact details they gave us.
- To deliver the program, monitoring and reports to clients, and to manage accounts, agreements and billing.
- To protect the Sites and the people who use them, including through security checks, rate limits and spending limits.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Sites are used, and to improve them.
- To comply with the law and to enforce our Terms of Service.
7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- with service providers that work for us, including our hosting provider; Cloudflare, for delivery, security, its Turnstile check and Web Analytics; OpenAI and, for client monitoring, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity; Google Fonts; SendGrid, from Twilio, which delivers the Sites' email; the phone, meeting and recording services we use for calls and client interviews; and, for client services, the Ai tools our writers use for research and to process interviews, Originality.ai, and the call tracking, analytics and payment providers each client's written agreement describes. Each provider handles information under its own terms;
- in reports, as described above, when you or we share a report's address;
- when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that it is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Team Butler, our clients, the people who use the Sites or the public; and
- with a buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold, merged or reorganized, under this policy.
8. Phone calls and text messages
When you call 1-800-Ai-Views (1-800-248-4397), we see the number you call from. We may keep notes of calls. If a call is recorded, you are told at the start of the call. We send no text messages unless you ask us to, and then only about your request. If you no longer want calls or messages from us, tell us on a call or at [email protected].
9. Email
We send the emails you ask for, such as a copy of a report or a notice that a ZIP code has opened, and messages about your account and our services. Emails from the Sites are sent from [email protected] through SendGrid. Each one has an unsubscribe link, and mail apps that offer one-click unsubscribe show it too. Unsubscribing applies to all GetMore sites: after it, no GetMore site sends email to that address, including report copies. You can also ask us to stop by replying to one of our emails or by calling 1-800-Ai-Views, and we add your address to the same list. Our team checks the same list before it writes to you by hand from [email protected]; after you unsubscribe, it writes to you only to answer you or about an agreement you have with us. We keep a record of each unsubscribe so that we can keep honoring it.
10. How long we keep information
We keep reports and related records for as long as we need them to provide and improve our services and for our records. You can ask us at any time to delete information about you, as described under "Your choices and rights" below. Apart from the server logs described above, we store visitors' IP addresses only as salted, one-way hashes. We keep unsubscribe records so that we can keep honoring them. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a limited time.
11. Security
The Sites use HTTPS. We store client passwords and session tokens only as one-way hashes and, apart from server logs, visitors' IP addresses only as salted hashes, and our staff tools require their own access keys. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to receive a copy of it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email [email protected] or call 1-800-Ai-Views. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
We may keep information when we need it to complete an agreement with you, to detect security incidents or protect against fraud or illegal activity, to comply with a legal obligation, to keep honoring an unsubscribe, or as the law otherwise allows. Copies can remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
13. Businesses and people named in Ai answers
Reports quote, word for word, what Ai assistants say about local businesses. Those answers can name businesses and sometimes the people who own or work at them, along with details the answers attribute to public sources. We do not verify what Ai assistants say. If your business is named in a report, you can ask us to review how an answer was read: call 1-800-Ai-Views or email [email protected] with the report's address. We respond within 10 business days. Anyone can also ask us to delete information about them, as described above.
14. Health information
The Sites are for businesses, including dental, medical, med spa and senior living businesses. The Sites do not ask for health information. Please do not send us patient or health information through the Sites.
15. Children
The Sites are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. You must be 18 or older, and able to bind your business, to enter an agreement with us.
16. Links to other sites
Reports link to the sources that Ai assistants cite and to the businesses they name. Other sites have their own content and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
17. Where information is processed
Team Butler, LLC operates the Sites from the United States, and the Sites are intended for businesses in the United States. Our hosting provider's servers are in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, so the Sites' information is stored and processed there. The service providers listed above also process information in the United States.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
